People were generally very nice, not knowledgeable in the showroom however, they aren’t allowed to know prices. There’s no prices listed in their showroom nor do they list any prices for the choices when the “salesman” comes out to your house. They give a detailed quote via email which is nice, but sticker shocking. However, you have to leave a 60% deposit for them to order. If you use a credit card or debit card..,. There is an additional $200-250 fee to use a card like what the???? So I marched myself right into their showroom to bring a che

Very disappointed with Uintah. My trust level with them is incredibly low at this point. Strike one: Their people made an appointment, we waited all day….And they didn’t show up and didn’t even call. Strike Two : Not being able to find another company to fix our fireplace model, we hesitantly decided to have them make the repair. They cashed our check last week and STILL haven't even called to make a repair appointment. We hope there isn’t a Strike Three.
